APS Province

On March 1 and 2, the elective Provincial Congress was held at “La Mision,” where the Salesians have resided since 1893. First, the province’s Pastoral Project was discussed and approved. Groups discussed the province’s associative life and how the province will continue working, focusing on the three lines of action: “holiness,” “co-responsibility,” and “the preferential option for youth.” Elections were then held to renew the Provincial Council. We wish Nelida, Gustavo, Marcela, Juana Pablo, and Liliana the best of success in their important role in animating the province.

ACO Province

From March 1st to 4th, the Associative Province of the Salesian Cooperators of ACO held its EFFE (Formative, Fraternal, and Spiritual Encounter) 2025. The meeting took place at the facilities of the Salesian Agricultural Technical School of San Ambrosio, Rio Cuarto, Córdoba Province.

During the days of the Encounter, various training activities were carried out. We especially delved into the message of our Strenna, “Anchored in hope, pilgrims with the young,” and then, keeping in mind the message we used for the 150th anniversary of our Association, we worked on RENEW and the current challenges we face as lay people in our daily realities, where our vocation takes on meaning. These were moments of reflection filled with hope and challenges!

Along with the training, we enjoyed a beautiful atmosphere of family and fraternity, enjoying the spaces and comforts that Saint Ambrose gave us, along with the workshops and festive and spiritual spaces, making this Meeting a valuable and unforgettable experience. Today, all that remains is to thank God for his presence during these shared days and to entrust to Him the life of our beloved Association and the path of holiness of those of us who wish to follow the path that Don Bosco dreamed for us.

ARO Province

The EFFE (Educational and Educational Program) was held on the weekend of March 1-4 at the Santa Catalina retreat house in Esperanza-Santa Fé, where more than 60 Salesian Cooperators gathered to work on hope and mission.

The elective congress was also held during the meeting, where the board of directors was reviewed and the new councilors were elected to carry out the service during the three-year period 2025-2028.

We are grateful for the service of Alejandra, Sonia, Claudio, and Fabián during the past three-year term, and we pray for the new council, thanking the SIs of Pablo, Agustín, Mechi, Dona, Jesi, and Rosana for taking on this new mission within the associative province of ARO.

Following the example of Don Bosco, may we continue to walk with young people anchored in hope.
