ECUADOR. Salesian Family: Missionaries of Hope

The richness of the Salesian Family comes to life when we meet. In recent weeks, the Salesian Cooperators actively participated in meetings held in Quito, Guayaquil, and Cuenca, along with members of the Salesian Family groups.

These were days filled with formation, spirituality, and commitment, where we shared the faith, mission, and charism inherited from Don Bosco. In each setting, unity was strengthened and the desire to be true missionaries of hope, as the Strenna 2025 invites us, was rekindled.

The Salesian charism, centered on the integral formation of the most needy young people through a preventive system—based on reason, religion, and love—was present in the values that identify us: trust, joy, solidarity, and closeness.

These meetings not only encourage our local journey, but also renew our identity and nourish our common commitment. As Salesian Cooperators, we respond with joy and hope: Here I am, Lord.
