Manila, PHILIPPINES (November 2024). Total of 100 Salesian Cooperators of Philippines North Province (ASC-FIN) were present in the successful two-day Annual Retreat with the theme ‘Union with Christ” held on Nov 16-17, 2024 at the FMA’s Mornese Retreat House in Calamba, Laguna. The theme was inspired by PAL Article 19 on Style of Prayer of Salesian Cooperators. Retreat Preacher Rev. Fr. Donnie Duchin Duya, SDB facilitated prayer exercises and reflection sharing that aimed to bring relevance to the theme of the 2025 Jubilee year as Pilgrims of Hope as well as the journey to 150th Foundation on 2026.
The gracefilled retreat happened amidst the pronouncement of super typhoon warning to hit the area of the retreat venue. Successfully, the spiritual activity was completed with weather cooperating and everybody came and returned to their homes safely.
