On Tuesday evening, September 24, the II meeting of local, national and provincial formators was held virtually, with the participation of 62 members from various countries in our Region.

Martín Calderón, world councilor, shared the video of Antonio Boccia, world coordinator of the Association, which emphasizes the importance of consolidating knowledge of the Project of Apostolic Life. The training subsidies that will be developed in the different regions were announced, and will be published by the World Council bi-monthly. Do not forget to distribute these materials in all centers!

Juanita Silva addressed the challenges of training in the region, highlighting the implementation of a SWOT analysis that will begin at the local level and will be integrated at the provincial and then regional level, with a projection for March 2025. The development of an initial regional training plan was also announced, for which the provinces were asked to share their materials no later than June 2025.

The opportunity was taken to request the updating of the lists of training counselors and to use the bank of materials that the Region has.

The meeting began with a prayer in English, guided by Kristie Garza, responsible for the northern area of ​​the Region, and we closed with a beautiful prayer in French by Pierre Larocque, regional secretary. This meeting, coordinated by Juanita Silva in collaboration with the Regional Secretariat (SER), was held in Spanish and English.
