Guatemala, San Pedro Carchá, from February 16 to 18, the Provincial Meeting of formators of the CAM Norte Province was held at the Salesian retreat house Chibajché San Pedro Carchá, Guatemala, formators from Guatemala and El Salvador were present.

The motto of the Meeting was “Remember to renew our training.” During the event, different topics related to training were reflected on and the theme of the triennium of preparation for the anniversary of the Association was also presented, defining lines of work for the following years. . The World Councilor of the region, Martín Calderón, sent greetings to the participants

As part of the Meeting, participants had the opportunity to visit the Talita Kumi Center, of the Sisters of the Resurrection, an indigenous Qeqchí religious congregation born in San Pedro Carchá. They were also able to see the Juanito Bosco Oratory, a work directed by the Salesian Cooperators of the Heriberto Herrera Center in Carchá.

This Meeting was an initiative of the Provincial Council of CAM Norte and was led by the national consultant of Guatemala Selvyn González in collaboration with members of the local center Heriberto Herrera.
