Florence – Initial Formation – Life Projects, the aspirant’s journey

The Salesian Cooperators Association experienced a meeting in Florence on the theme: Initial Formation – Journey and project.

The coordinators, delegates and those responsible for formation of the Provinces of the Region of Italy, the Middle East and Malta were present, and assembly moments and group work were proposed aimed at learning about the new formation project for aspirants entitled: Life Project – Journey of aspirants.

The speech by Antonio Boccia, world coordinator, proposed an in-depth analysis and a world perspective on the strategic function of initial formation, underlining the lay nature of the association, highlighting the role of the trainers and delegates, as well as the importance of belonging and participation in the life of the association. Thanks to the work of the team in charge of the development, the F.I. project was presented, divided into macro-areas, modules and stages and the result of the study, comparison and discernment of a group of Salesians
