October 2026 – Month of the Rosary and the Missions

During the month of October, our Salesian Family at the Mary Help of Christians Centre in Manta joyfully experienced various pastoral and formation activities in a spirit of communion.

Highlights:

1. Salesian Family Gathering

We celebrated a Thanksgiving Eucharist in our parish, with the participation of our Salesian priests (SDB), Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA), Salesian Cooperators, ADMA, Salesian Ladies, and young people from the Salesian Youth Movement. It was a moment of fraternity to renew our commitment as sons and daughters of Don Bosco and Mary Help of Christians, under the gaze of the Risen Christ.

2. Missionary October

As a Local Centre, we joined the World Mission Sunday celebrations through the recitation of the Holy Rosary and missionary animation in our communities, bringing a message of hope to those most in need.

3. Formation and Service

Formation activities continued for ADMA, Salesian Cooperators, and youth groups, strengthening the Salesian charism: “To be signs and bearers of God’s love to young people.”

We thank every member of our community for their dedication and service. May Mary Help of Christians continue to guide our journey.

Long live Don Bosco! Long live Mary Help of Christians!
