On July 11 to 13, 2025, the BMA Provinces (Manaus) and the BRE Provinces (Recife) of the Associação dos Salesianos Cooperadores da Região Brasil, held their Eletivos Congresses.

In the BMA Province, the Congress was held in the city of Manaus/AM, with the theme: “Walking together in synodality: relaunching the Salesian miss in the 150 years of ASSC.”
The main objective of the congress is to renew the Provincial Council, with the implementation of the vote that elects five new members to serve on the new council. Foram eleitos:

– SC Sáchala Maciel (Provincial Coordinator),
– SC Tânia Jaco (Trainer),
– SC Lena Kátia(Administrator),
– SC Mauriane Azevedo (Secretary)
– SC Emanuel Sanches (Comunicação).
The representative of the Amazon – SC Delmarina Nascimento da Silveira, the representative of Pará SC André Felipe da Silva Ribeiro and the representative of Rondônia SC Felipe Silveira of Lima.
It also includes the presence of several Salesian priests SDB: Pe. Joshua, Pe. Franciclei, Pe. Washington, Pe. Chicão e Pe. Felipe, here is our dear irmã Maria José, representative delegate of the FMA.

In the Province of BRE the congress took place in Jaboatão dos Guararapes – PE, with the theme: Salesian Cooperator, Pilgrim of Hope.

O new advice, composed by

– SC Raimundo Macedo (Coordinator),

– SC Jeremias Rebouças (Trainer),

– SC Regina Maria (Secretary),

– SC Anthony Fernando (Administrator).

It also includes the presence of several Salesian SDB priests: Inspetor da Inspetoria São Luis Gonzaga Pe.Francisco Inácio and the Provincial delegate Pe. Net.

Foram intense days of prayer, training and partying.
