GENERAL ASSEMBLY Japan Province
Salesian Cooperators in Japan Province held their General Assembly at Salesian Seminary on Chofu, Tokyo on April 21. Around 40 members gathered. In the beginning, SDB Vice Provincial Fr. Michael Lap Haruyama presided the Holy Mass.
After lunch, council members reported previous year activity and announced financial report. Sr. Kazuko Kawashimo FMA gave a short lecture on “Humanitude”, which was very suggestive. Several matters on the 150th anniversary of ASC were presented.
Fr. Joseph Shoichiro Nakada, recently nominated as SDB Provincial Delegate of ASC, concluded the assembly with his blessing.
