On Saturday, June 15 at noon, the meeting of Administrators of the Inter-American Region with World Administrator Raúl Fernández Abad was held virtually, with local, national, provincial and regional administrators participating.

The objective of the meeting was to present and explain the balance sheet format that we will be using in the different animation and government structures.

The presentation was given by Raúl Fernández, global administrator of the Association, who encouraged administrators to use this tool. Above all, he motivated the administrators to encourage the economic solidarity of the Salesian Cooperators, inviting that at the different global, regional, provincial and local levels we must function giving a change to what administration means, starting from the preparation of a budget. annually, changing the concept of “fee payment” to a solidarity contribution for the support of our Association.

At the end of the presentation, a series of questions and answers were asked about the use of the format, and the manuals for: accounting instructions and the Balance Sheet format and their respective annexes were also shared with everyone present.

This meeting was organized by the Regional Secretariat, coordinated by our Regional Administrator Franklin Ortega. 38 participants were present at the meeting. The opening prayer was performed by Agustín Bautista, administrator of the México Sur Province and the final prayer was given by Alexis Félix, administrator in the Dominican Republic, Province of the Antilles.
